Who this policy applies to
This policy applies to people who visit navisgo.co.uk or submit an enquiry to Navisgo Studio Ltd through the website.
Information you may provide
The enquiry form can collect your name, company, job role, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, project type, approximate unit and CCF volumes, current photo workflow, the main problem you are trying to solve and the type of request you are making.
How information is intended to be used
Enquiry information is intended to be used to understand your request, respond to you, assess a potential Navis CT 26 pilot or product demonstration, and discuss a design-services project. It should not be used for unrelated marketing without an appropriate basis.
Enquiry delivery
The website form requires a separately configured delivery endpoint. Before launch, the company should confirm the service used to receive submissions, update this policy with the relevant processor information and set an appropriate retention period.
Cookies and analytics
This version of the website does not intentionally enable analytics or non-essential tracking cookies. If analytics or other tracking is added, the disclosures and consent controls must be updated before it is enabled.
Sharing and retention
Personal information should only be shared with service providers needed to receive or manage the enquiry, or where disclosure is required by law. Enquiry information should be retained only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the conversation, project or applicable record-keeping requirement.
Your choices
You may ask Navisgo to correct or delete information you have submitted, subject to any applicable legal or record-keeping requirements. Contact muss@navisgo.co.uk about a privacy request. Alternatively, email navisgostudio@gmail.com.
